According to reports, 6ix9ine’s involvement with a recent shooting at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn has cost him a massive payday.

Per TMZ, as a residual consequence from the April 21 shooting, the New York rapper has lost out on a deal with a headphone company reportedly worth $4.9 million.

“At this time, it is in the best interest of our company to move on. We wish him well, he’s a great artist,” a spokesperson for Tunes Audio shared in a statement to TMZ.

According to the company, 6ix9ine had previously been recruited to promote Tunes Audio’s red headphone line, which currently retail at $249.

While charges have yet to be filed against 6ix9ine’s manager, Tr3yway, this marks the third shooting he and his artist have been allegedly involved in since April. The shooting at Barclays was said to be the result of an ongoing beef between 6ix9ine and Brooklyn rapper Casanova.
