Like the hook to his self-titled 2004 track, Juelz Santana is back.

The Harlem-bred rapper was released from jail today (April 6), after spending nearly a month in custody for allegedly fleeing and leaving weapons and drugs in a bag at Newark Liberty International Airport.

According to local news reports, the rapper, born LaRon James, was ordered to be released into the custody of his mother. A $500,000 bond was also secured by his mother’s Englewood home. Under terms of the release, the rapper has been ordered to wear an ankle monitor and be under 24-hour lockdown.

As previously reported, security personnel reportedly found a loaded .38-caliber handgun, as well as oxycodone pills, in his possession, resulting in the Dipset member fleeing the scene during the incident last month. He later turned himself in three days following the incident. Last week, Santana reportedly pleaded not guilty to two state weapons charges and a drug possession charge.

Upon news of Santana’s release, Cam’Ron took to social media to share a FaceTime screenshot of the two.
