Multiple injuries and one death have been reported after an active shooting at YouTube’s headquarters in San Bruno, Calif. this afternoon.

Police Chief Ed Barberini made a statement moments ago that confirmed four gunshot wound victims, three of which have transported to local hospitals for treatment, and the other—the suspected shooter—a deceased woman with a possible self-inflicted gunshot.

Answering questions from reporters, Barbierini said a “few hundred” of the facility’s employees have been evacuated. He admitted that the investigation is “still active.”

According to CBS San Francisco, the shooting appeared to have happened at the facility’s outdoor cafe.

Employees from within YouTube sent out tweets about the incident around 1 p.m. PT.

The president has been briefed and White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said they are “monitoring the ongoing situation.”
