Cardi B is about to be poppin’ on the charts once again.

In advance of her debut album, Invasion of Privacy, which is set to drop next week (April 6), the Bronx rapper has set free a new single, aptly titled, “Be Careful.”

The new single is less of a club anthem than previous releases “Bartier Cardi” and “Bodak Yellow,” instead showing off her range over a slowed down instrumental, with Cardi even handling singing the song’s chorus.

Since the track’s release, many have weighed in on social media that the lyrics are in response to rumors of her fiancé Offset’s infidelity.

“I wanna get married, like the Currys, Steph and Ayesha s—t,” she spits during the first verse. “But we more like Belly, Tommy and Keisha s—t / Gave you TLC, you wanna creep and s—t / Poured out my whole heart to a piece of s—t / Man, I thought you would’ve learned your lesson / ‘Bout likin’ pictures, not returnin’ texts.”

The pair became engaged in October after a public on-stage proposal. Recently, the Migos rapper has been accused of cheating, with a video clip surfacing that appears to showcase Offset getting himself into hot water. Cardi has since addressed the rumors, explaining to Cosmopolitan, “It’s like everybody is coming down my neck, like, ‘Why are you not leaving him? You have low self-esteem.’ I don’t have low self-esteem. … But I want to work out my s—t with my man, and I don’t got to explain why. I’m not your property. This is my life.”

Additionally, prior to the new album dropping next week, Cardi also confirmed that the visual for her next music video, accompanying her 21 Savage-assisted track “Bartier Cardi,” will be released on Monday (April 2).
