After building a healthy buzz in recent years, such as through co-writing tracks with Usher and releasing a slew of loose singles, SAINt JHN has now officially got one on the board.

This weekend (March 30) the rapper, who was born in Brooklyn and of Guyanese descent, has released his debut album, Collection 1.

The new project showcases how the emerging artist is a jack-of-all-trades, displaying his songwriting, singing and rapping talents, allowing him to make a proper introduction to new fans.

The album, which spans 13 tracks, features one lone guest, Janelle Kroll, who makes an appearance on the track “Lust.”

“I think of music as just an assortment,” he shared in an interview with Fuse, elaborating on the album’s title. “This is my first offering, so it’s Collection One. Like Alexander Wang you just go to see Alexander Wang AW18. This is Collection One by SAINt JHN.”
