With the discussion continuing over the controversial rating that Lil Xan gave Tupac while appearing as the inaugural guest on REVOLT’s new series, On Clout 9, Trippie Redd has come to the defense of his friend.

In a since-deleted post on Instagram, the Ohio native stuck up for his colleague, asserting, “I personally think y’all need to get off Lil Xan’s d–k. That’s my lil dawg and I loooove 2Pac.” He then elaborated, adding that it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the 21-year-old rapper doesn’t like the late legend (“Bro, do you see who he is? Of course he don’t like Tupac! He don’t care.”)

Trippie Redd’s commentary comes after Waka Flocka “banned” Lil Xan from hip-hop, while others such as Michael Rappaport, Charlamagne The God and T.I., among countless others, weighed in on the matter.

As a twist of fate would have it, Waka Flocka was slated as the next On Clout 9 guest, with his answers arguably just as age-appropriate as Lil Xan’s were.

Throughout the rapid-fire line of questioning, the 31-year-old rapper ranks a variety of topics based on clout, offering his intuitive opinion on Tekashi69, Rick & Morty, Fifty Shades and much more.
