After dropping his latest solo offering, “Suu Whoop,” YG followed up the release with another exciting announcement.
During a performance organized in conjunction with 2018’s NBA All-Star Weekend, the Compton native confirmed that he has a new album in the works, to be titled Stay Dangerous.

“Listen, I got a public service announcement and then I got one more muthaf—in’ song,” YG said during his performance at the Boogie Festival in Los Angeles over the weekend. “If y’all one of my real friends, y’all gonna be real muthaf—kin’ happy about this s—t. It’s been a long time coming. My muthaf—in’ new album on the muthaf—in’ way, Stay Dangerous, god dammit. Y’all the first ones to hear that s—t.”
And there you have it. The album, which currently is awaiting confirmation of an official release date, arrives as the follow-up to 2016’s Still Brazy.
