Gucci Mane is getting the biopic treatment! His applauded autobiography, released back in September, will receive a film adaptation, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Paramount Pictures is teaming up with Imagine Entertainment, the production company behind Eminem’s 8 Mile, and have retained the life rights to Gucci.

The book tackled Gucci’s beefs, drug addiction, imprisonment, pettiness, childhood, and ultimate road toward redemption.

Imagine’s Brian Grazer and Erica Huggins will produce the project with Mane and Todd Moskowitz acting as executive producer.
