Justin Timberlake‘s first album in five years is here.
Following his 2013 twofer, The 20/20 Experience, the pop supernova returns with Man of the Woods, his fifth studio album. Reuniting with Pharrell and Timbaland, JT delivers a funk-filled, genre-defiant and, yes, weird, new LP that finds guest appearances from Alicia Keys (“Morning Light”) and Chris Stapleton (“Say Something”).
Accompanying the album is the music video for its title track which finds JT traversing, you guessed it, the woods using an x-marks-the-spot map. He tiptoes a suspended log, ziplines, shares a drink with a “mystery woman” in a tent, sets sail in a dinghy, and ends up at a tavern where the woman is revealed for a choreographed dance.
Before all those microwaved reviews come in, stream JT’s “not country” album below and get ready for his performance at Super Bowl LII on Sunday (February 4).
