Not that we’re surprised, but less than two weeks after Ed Sheeran and Beyoncé joined forces for their “Perfect Duet,” the song has gone to No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It knocks Post Malone’s “Rockstar” from the top spot.

It’s been nearly a decade since Beyoncé nabbed a No.1 as a solo artist, but “Perfect Duet” marks her sixth chart-topper overall following “Crazy In Love,” “Baby Boy,” “Check On It,” “Irreplaceable,” and “Single Ladies.” The track also makes Sheeran’s second chart-topper, following this year’s “Shape of You.”

In its first full tracking week, ending Dec. 7, “Perfect Duet” sold 181,000 downloads. The track was first released as a solo song by Sheeran, but the duet now accounts for 63 percent of the song’s total sales for the week.
