Saturday night (Nov. 25), Cam’ron took to YouTube to drop his previously teased response to “The Oracle,” the diss track that Mase dropped the day prior, on Friday (Nov. 24).

However, while fans delighted in the fact that Cam recorded a rebuttal so quickly (while many others pointed out the engineering on the track did the rapper no favors), a comment exchange on Instagram seems to give the impression that this reignited beef has ended as quickly as it began.

After dropping his response diss “Dinner Time,” Cam’ron posted a screen grab of a comment exchange between him and Mase, with the remarks adding some confusion amongst fans watching the beef unfold carefully.

“You still my brother if you would like to be…This was just for bragging rights #mase #theoracle,” Mase commented.

Cam’Ron then replied, “Yeah, this was fun.. u still my bro too. Glad I get to brag? lol. So when you leaving Harlem again? 2mr?”

While the exchange remains up for interpretation, it certainly does give the impression that both artists got some things off their chest this weekend and are already moving on from their two decades worth of beef. At least for now.
