In a recent livestream, Cortez Bryant, manager of Lil Wayne, teased a projected release window for the rapper’s next Dedication installment.

“Maybe D6 in November, not December, that’s too long,” Bryant told fans online. The breadcrumb was dropped after fans filled up Bryant’s comment section asking for Wayne’s Dedication 6. With Tha Carter V in continuous limbo, the mixtape is all the new music that Weezy fanatics can get at the moment.

Since C5 was held in abeyance, Wayne released a string of music. In 2015, he dropped a trifecta of projects, including Sorry 4 the Wait 2, No Ceilings 2, and Free Weezy Album. The latter was exclusive to Tidal. Earlier this year, new music from the rapper arrived via the T-Pain-released lost album T-Wayne and the summer EP In Tune We Trust. In September, he posted a photo of himself in the studio with Scott Storch and captioned it “who ready 4 dat D6??? drop YM sh!t !!”
