Earlier this past week, N.E.R.D released their first single in 7 years, with Rihanna switching up her vocal styling to show off her rapping skills during her much-appreciated featured appearance.

The track, titled “Lemon,” has now been followed up with something that undeniably is helping elevate the excitement surrounding the group’s reunion. As previously hinted, a new album will be arriving sometime in the near future, with those in attendance at ComplexCon getting an exclusive first listen of the entire project.

Saturday night (Nov. 4), the trio composed of Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley delighted those in attendance with a performance of their new 11-track album, titled “No_One Ever Really Dies.”

“The album’s not coming out tomorrow,” Pharrell shared with the crowd. “We’re giving it to you. It’s yours. You get it before everybody else.”

The 11-track album also has a confirmed tracklist, with appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Future, André 3000, Gucci Mane, Wale, Ed Sheeran and M.I.A.

At this time, there is no word on an official release date, but judging from the reactions on Twitter, this album is going to be something special.
