Gucci Mane announces title of next album

  /  10.24.2017

Gucci Mane won’t rest on his laurels. Hours after his latest LP, Mr. Davis, made its mark on two Billboard charts, the rapper announced the title of its follow-up.

Released less than two weeks ago, Mr. Davis has debuted at No.2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart after moving 70,000 units—21,000 were from traditional sales. The project shot to the No.1 spot, however, on the Rap chart.

Gucci took to Twitter to credit his fans with the achievement yesterday (October 23), but wasted no time today announcing his next project. Sharing with Twitter again, Gucci wrote that the new effort will be titled El Gato the Human Glacier. He then teased a 2017 release date in a follow-up tweet.

Considering Gucci also dropped Drop Top Wop, his collaborative album with Metro Boomin, earlier this year, it’s clear there’s no stopping him.
