Although Kanye West hasn’t blessed fans with a new album since 2016’s The Life of Pablo, the record is still out here doing impressive numbers.

Not only that, but according to a new certification by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI), the album’s streaming success has also helped ‘Ye make history across the pond.

As reported, the innovative release has become the first album in the UK to be certified gold based on streams alone.

The album, which was originally released as a TIDAL-only exclusive, spent 47 weeks in the Top 100 in the UK, with data from the Official Charts Company reporting that the project has since been streamed more than 100,000 times, earning the gold certification.

Considering that earlier this year, the rapper achieved the same milestone in the U.S., with the streaming-only project being certified gold back in April, the news doesn’t come as too much of a surprise. However, despite the organic nature of the rapper repeating the history-making milestone, props still must be given.

Many congrats out to Kanye West for being the first pioneer to achieve such a contemporary accolade.
