XXXTentacion’s domestic violence trial has been scheduled, according to Pitchfork.

Last week, it was reported that the legal proceeding (originally set for today, October 5) was postponed. It was suggested by a spokesperson for the Miami-Dade state attorney’s office that the delay was due to “the defense counsel.”

However, the rapper is now scheduled to appear in court on December 11 in a Miami courthouse.

Last year, XXXTentacion was charged with domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, aggravated battery of a pregnant woman and witness-tampering. If convicted on all counts, the 19-year-old, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy, would face 30 years in total. His trial was set to begin October 5.

XXX has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
