Tupac’s image will not be exploited, even in his absence.

In July, Kendall and Kylie Jenner were sued by one of the his former photographers after they used an allegedly unauthorized picture of the rapper on a shirt from their clothing line. Then, earlier this month, another photographer came forward suing them again for the same.

Now, according to TMZ, a third photographer has sued both Macy’s and Urban Outfitters for using his images of a bandana’d ‘Pac on shirts, as well.

Chi Modu claims a merchandising company used portraits he shot without his permission and then sold the shirts to the retailers who then re-sold them. Modu admits that he once had an agreement with the company, but that the deal expired in July of last year. He is seeking profits from all the shirts, as well as damages.
