Last month, the nearly-inconceivable news broke that for the first time in eight years, Drake was missing from Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. But it seems that things won’t stay that way for long.

The rapper-singer revealed to his OVO Fest audience back in August that he was ready to start recording again, as well as hinted at a joint album with The Weeknd.

Now, Drizzy’s been taking to Instagram to tease his return to music, following this year’s record-breaking More Life.

Yesterday (September 11), he shared a photo of his empty studio, complete with wall-hung pictures of both Beyonce and Charlie Brown.

And on Monday (September 10), he revealed another hoto depicting him recording while staring out of a window and up at Toronto’s CN Tower.

And last week, he posted another picture of himself at a computer while Baka Not Nice records. (Baka’s provided vocals on More Life‘s “Free Smoke” and “Gyalchester”; Views‘ “Hype”; and Nothing Was The Same‘s “From Time.”)
