Earlier this week, several celebrities (including Kevin Hart, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, and the Kardashians) took to social media to share their plans in providing aid and relief to the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and its victims. Now, sisters Beyonce and Solange have announced their assistance efforts, as well.

Beyonce and her philanthropic platform BeyGOOD have teamed up with, and are asking fans to donate to, two Houston-based charities “who have been working with the displaced from the start of Hurricane Harvey’s landfall”: Bread of Life and the Greater Houston Community Foundation.

A new page on Bey’s website says that the donations “will help in long-term revitalization and aid in purchasing immediate needs,” including cots, blankets, pillows, diapers, baby formula, baby wipes, feminine products, wheelchairs, and more.

Meanwhile, Solange has announced a new show as part of her Orion’s Rise performance series in which all proceeds will go to Hurricane Harvey relief. Going down at Boston’s Orpheum Theater (with support from the Sun Ra Arkestra) on Thursday, September 28, Solo wrote:

“I’m committed to partnering with organizations on the ground in Houston and making contributions to uplift the city that raised me with so much love.”
