Last month, right around the time that Meek Mill dropped his latest album, Wins & Losses, the rapper also revealed that he had another unexpected surprise in store for fans.

While on a promotional press run in late July, the Philadelphia rapper divulged that he and 50 Cent have buried the hatchet after spending nearly a year and a half roasting each other on social media. To further prove that Meek wasn’t just all talk, he and Fif took the stage together on Friday evening (Aug. 25) in Las Vegas, showcasing that it is, in fact, possible to successfully squash a previously heated (and seemingly ongoing) rap beef.

As reported, Drai’s nightclub was the place to be this weekend, with countless celebrities in town to catch the summer’s main attraction: the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight. The club also played host to a star-studded line-up, with 50 Cent performing alongside the likes of Trey Songz and Jeezy.

Much to the delight of those in the building, a handful of special guests made surprise appearances, including James Harden, Allen Iverson and Chance the Rapper. However, considering the fact that a year ago Fif and Meek would have maybe gotten into a serious altercation if they were in the same place at the same time, all eyes were on the two performing on stage like old friends.

After 50 brought out his former nemesis on stage, the two ran through the Philadelphia rapper’s 2012 fan-favorite track, “Dreams & Nightmares (Intro).” Simply epic.
