Kanye West releases first Yeezy jewelry line at Colette
Items from the collection come with hefty prices.
A month ahead of unveiling Yeezy Season 6, Kanye West has released his first Yeezy jewelry line.
Available immediately, the collection of rings and necklaces is being sold exclusively at Colette. According to CR Fashion Book, the pieces are heavily influenced by religious motifs. The “I Am A God” rapper chose titles like “Virgin Mary,” “Angel Gabriel” and “Madonna and Child” to accompany items included in his recently released jewelry line. Lyrics from his self-proclaimed gospel album The Life of Pablo can also be found engraved throughout the collection.
The collection, introduced during the Yeezy Season 4 show, was designed in collaboration with one of hip hop’s favorite jewelers, Jacob the Jeweler.
As should be expected, adding Yeezy jewelry to your personal jewelry catologue will set you back a few thousand dollars. The luxury items are priced between $2,490 and $22,123.
The Yeezy jewelry line can be scooped up at Colette’s Paris location, as well as online. Those looking to cop their Kanye-designed rings and necklaces in person must do so before December 20, which is when the iconic retailer plans to shut its doors for good.
