Snoop Dogg has been cleared of a lawsuit filed against him after a security barrier collapsed at one of his concerts last year, according to TMZ.

The rapper and Wiz Khalifa were performing at the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, New Jersey on August 5, 2016 when they reportedly asked the crowd to move towards the stage by saying “bring your ass down here.” The railing then collapsed causing the front row of fans to fall nearly 10 feet onto a concrete floor. Forty-two concertgoers were injured, and the show was immediately cancelled afterward.

Three employees and 14 fans sued the artists, and while Khalifa’s team is still fighting the lawsuit, Snoop’s team argued that because he lives in California and the suit was filed in Pennsylvania, he has no part in the legal matter. A judge then dismissed the case.
