After one season of establishing itself as one of the most respected podcasts and late-night series around, Drink Champs will serve up another round. A new long-term deal means that the series, co-hosted by rap legend N.O.R.E and DJ EFN, will air for another season on REVOLT TV.
As reported by Billboard, REVOLT TV will air brand new episodes of the Drink Champs over the next year. The season two premiere at 10 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 27 will feature rap and entertainment icon LL Cool J. The rest of the season will have appearances by Wyclef Jean, Bun B, EPMD and more.
“The first season of Drink Champs with N.O.R.E. and EFN was so successful there was never a question we would bring them back for more. Now it’s official,” said REVOLT Chairman Sean Combs.
“I’m excited to continue making history with our partner REVOLT,” said N.O.R.E. “The second season will be a game changer. Stay tuned.”
Drink Champs sees N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN welcoming friends and fellow artists into the studio to talk current events, untold and rarely-told stories, and rap history – all while enjoying some drinks to keep the vibes fun and uncut.
Season one of Drink Champs featured appearances by Sean “Diddy” Combs, Ice-T, Swizz Beatz, A Tribe Called Quest, TIP “T.I.” Harris, Mike Epps, French Montana, John Singleton, Amber Rose, and more.
