All he does is win and this week the rewards are once again pouring in for DJ Khaled.

Earning his second consecutive No. 1 in on the Billboard 200 album chart in less than a year, DJ Khaled’s Grateful lands on top with 149,000 units sold, according to Nielsen Music. As Billboard reports, of that sum, 50,000 were in traditional album sales.

The album, which boasts big singles like “Shining” with Beyoncé and JAY-Z along with “Wild Thoughts” featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, is Khaled’s second No. 1 on the chart after his last album, Major Key, released less than a year ago to sales of 95,000 in its first week. In total, Grateful is now Khaled’s seventh consecutive top 10 charting album, beginning with 2007’s We the Best, which debuted at No. 8, according to Billboard.

Not far behind Khaled this week is Kendrick Lamar, whose DAMN. LP earned an additional 59,000 units for a No. 3 spot on the chart, while Prince and the Revolution’s Purple Rain soundtrack returns in at No. 4 following its deluxe remastered version hit retailers last week. Rounding out the top 5 is 2 Chainz, whose Pretty Girls Like Trap Music LP slid down with 43,000 units.
