As the wait for Nas’ new album continues, the Queens rapper’s brother Jungle shared a suitable update for fans.

Confirming that work is (actually) still being put in for the album, Jungle revealed two things: 1) Nas is still in the studio finishing the album and and 2) it’s “AlmostDone.”

It was four years ago when Nas first teased the album, tweeting that he would be releasing the title a month’s time. However, that soon came and went. Since then, the Queensbridge legend has been relatively low-key, swapping the mic for lucrative business deals.

Last year, Esco teased his the upcoming follow-up to 2012’s Life is Good on DJ Khaled’s Major Key standout track, “Nas Album Done,”. However, he says that title wasn’t entirely accurate. In an interview with Billboard last month, Nas spoke on the status of the new LP and confirmed it would “for sure” arrive this year. Within the past couple of weeks, he’s reportedly been adding finishing touches to the album at a newly built studio space in the Mass Appeal headquarters in New York City.
