Back in January, when the line-up for Miami’s third annual Rolling Loud music festival was announced, we dubbed it a hip-hop head’s dream. Since then, it’s been at-risk of being cancelled, applauded once determined it was back on track, and met with reactions from anxious and excited fans who can’t wait any longer for the event to go down.
