Due to a lack of evidence and witnesses accusing him, Schoolboy Q will not be charged with any crime after being under investigation for an armed robbery.

TMZ reports that the investigation stemmed from a concert Q had in Los Angeles this past March. The alleged victims said they followed Q to an afterparty, and that two people robbed them at gunpoint when they arrived.

The victims admitted that Q wasn’t one of the people who was sticking them up, but said that he was in another nearby car while it was happening, implying that Q was a conspirator. But according to TMZ, they delayed reporting the robbery and told officers they didn’t want to file charges. As a result, the district attorney rejected the case.

It seems like an odd situation altogether, but it ends with Schoolboy Q remaining a free man.
