Fabolous says he’s been having an excellent time the last few weeks on the road as part of Chris Brown’s “Party Tour.” Last week, Fab returned to his hometown of Brooklyn for the outing’s stop at the Barclays Center and, no doubt about it, Fab stole the show with not only a full delivery of his own hits, but by bringing out the likes of fellow Brooklynites Lil Kim and Young M.A and Harlem’s own A$AP Ferg and Cam’ron.

“I wasn’t trying to steal the show,” Fab said recently while on the red carpet for the Tribeca Film Festival screening of Diddy’s documentary, Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story. “I just got to put on. We at home and entertain the people. Just try to have a good time, man. I was in Brooklyn and felt a good vibe man, and had a good time.”

But the surprise guest that meant the most to Fab was the youngest one of the night, his oldest son Johan. The nine-year-old, who has his own Instagram page, got to get his dance on during the performance of “Goyard Bag.”

“My son, he’s out of here now,” Fab said with a grin. “He came out on the stage with us at Barclays. He’s got booking info in his bio now, man.”

Before the lyrical legend made his way into the Beacon Theater to see the film, Loso also reflected on the legacy of Bad Boy.

“I grew up on the Bad Boy music. Just the dynasty itself and seeing all the artists grow and even from their musical background and seeing them on this tour, it’s going to be a whole evolution of Bad Boy. I had to be here to support that and my boy Puff asked me to come out. I was in the city on an off-day of the tour and I had to make it happen.”
