No, that’s not a typo: Jay Z is one of the several parties being sued for placing the Roc Nation logo on Major League Baseball apparel.

TMZ reports that Iconix Brand Group claims that Jay no longer owns the Roc Nation logo. The company said that it paid $204 million for usage of the logo, and has control of where it’s used.

The company says it never approved for the logo to be used on MLB merchandise. The lawsuit names Jay Z, Major League Baseball, Roc Nation, the hat company New Era, the hat store Lids and the San Francisco Giants baseball team, with the lawsuit aiming for “at least $10 million and other damages,” according to TMZ.

In 2016, Jay Z and Dame Dash won a lawsuit over the Roc-A-Fella logo. A clothing designer sued them, along with label cofounder Kareem “Biggs” Burke, the company itself, and the UMG and Island Def Jam record companies for breach of contract and copyright infringement. A U.S. District Court judge dismissed the lawsuit.
