It’s only been eight months since Young Thug dropped his head-turning mixtape Jeffery, but he’s already announced another project is on its way.
Since that August 2016 release, we’ve seen the music videos for album cuts “Wyclef Jean” and “Guwop,” heard him guest on Rick Ross’ “Trap Trap Trap,” Calvin Harris’ “Heatstroke,” and Frank Ocean’s “Slide on Me” remix, and join Drake on his ‘Boy Meets World’ tour.
It’s likely that that last relationship is what helped usher in the new music as Thugger took to Twitter yesterday (April 26) to announce that the new album will be executive-produced by none other than Drizzy himself.
The rapper revealed other details too; the project’s CoverGirl-inspired title (E.B.B.T.G.), that it will feature mostly him singing, and that it’s dedicated to his fiancee Jerrika Karlae. See the tweets below!
