It’s been a year since Beyoncé’s culture-rattling Lemonade released, and the pop star has announced a scholarship program to help young women in creative arts, music, literature, and African-American studies.

Beyoncé has announced the establishment of the Formation Scholars awards for the 2017-2018 academic year. The goal for the program is “to encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside of the box and are bold, creative, conscious and confident.”

Four young women will be awarded the scholarship. Participating schools are Berklee College of Music, Howard University, Parsons School of Design and Spelman College. Details and deadlines, the announcement says, are available from the colleges themselves.
