No surprise here, but Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN. is on pace to become the No.1 album on the Billboard 200 chart.

According to industry forecasters, the album (released April 14) could earn around 475,000 equivalent album units in the week ending April 20.

If achieved, the move would mark K.Dot’s third consecutive No.1 album, following last year’s untitled, unmastered. and 2015’s To Pimp a Butterfly.

The success would put K.Dot in good company too as, this year, The Weeknd, Migos, Big Sean, Future, and Drake have all also achieved the same feat.

In fact, if all goes as predicted, DAMN. will earn the second largest weekly sales of 2017, trailing behind only Drake’s More Life, which earned 505,000 units.

Kendrick is scheduled to sit down with Beats 1’s Zane Lowe this week.
