It looks like Remy Ma is going to be relentless in her musical beef with Nicki Minaj. With the world still talking about her ice-veined performance on “ShETHER,” Remy continued her verbal assault tonight with “Another One.”
In the record, Remy says she received personal information about Nicki from people who Minaj knows personally and has rubbed the wrong way. Remy also claims to have text messages and video footage that catches Nicki in compromising positions. To add salt to the wound, the Bronx-bred lethal lyricist lifts a few lines and flows from Nicki’s Young Money family member Drake on “Back To Back.”
Listen to “Another One” below.
“Waited four days, ma, where you been?” Remy asks, almost demanding a diss record response from Nicki. “I came here in the ‘Rari playin’ Lit-Til Kim / Don’t know what made you think that you could f–k with Rem / But I guess this is what I gotta do to make ya spit / They like, ‘Yo, Rem go in again,’” she continues on the second verse. “My flow cold, her ink froze in the pen / You gotta go, you gotta go, lil hoe /I kick a dead horse ’til it don’t move / Don’t come around me, now I got the crown, see /I beat you with punches and 48, you Ronda Rousey /The wigs and nose, you a whole clown, B.”
“Another One” premiered on New York’s Hot 97 on Funkmaster Flex’s show. The artwork was inspired by a recent sexy picture Nicki posted on Instagram where the Queens superstar posed laying down in a revealing outfit she wore in her upcoming video with Future. Nicki has yet to acknowledge Remy’s latest two rounds of disses.
