The two legendary, Grammy award-winning beatsmiths announced the news on IG last night (February 22), revealing that they will go head to head for a live beat battle on Instagram on Friday night (February 24). After years of low-key competing on albums for Jay Z and The Lox to name a few, Swizz and Just have crates of classics to dig from. In fact, it was actually a decade ago when Swizz and Kanye West hosted their own live battle at Hot 97’s Summer Jam. “We gave the people a show that was respectable and paid homage to the producer,” Swizz recalled of the moment during his recent appearance on “Drink Champs.”
