DJ Khaled was performing, commentating, shooting baskets, and basking in glory this past weekend in New Orleans as news broke that his Beyoncé- and Jay Z-assisted track “Shining” was rhythmic radio’s most-added song. It also felt like the most-played during the NBA All-Star Weekend. Khaled does, indeed, have yet another one.

With his Grateful LP due to come later this year, Khaled has kept a closed lid on any other collaborations it may have. However, on the red carpet of 2017 Global Spin Awards at New Orleans’ Orpheum Theater, Khaled finally revealed one more of his project’s participants.

“Is Chance The Rapper on the album? Of course he is!,” the mogul confirmed with excitement.

Chance was just one of the array of stars who came to the announcement press conference for Khaled’s opus and their possible collaboration was well documented weeks before that as Khaled posted a picture of himself and Chance in the studio with Chano, in fact, behind the mic.

“Amazing,” the charismatic renaissance man said about what it’s like to see the Chicago MC at work for himself. “Put it this way, first of all, Chance The Rapper, congratulations on the success in his career of climbing this mountain and winning the Grammys. But put it this way, fan love, you know how I do it! You know how I do it, alright! If I’m in the studio, just know, I’ma bring the greatness out of everybody. Just know, me and Chance got something.”

The 5th annual Global Spin Awards is set to air February 23, 2017 at 10:00pm ET/7:00pm PT, exclusively on REVOLT.
