Though Kanye West’s teased Drake collaboration didn’t materialize at his Season 5 Yeezy fashion show yesterday (February 15), the collection of clothes went down the runway without a hitch.

But that’s precisely what his “Wolves” collaborator Sia took issue with. Taking note of the uses of fur in ‘Ye’s line, Sia asked him to reconsider. Sharing a video of rabbits being slaughtered to make coats, she wrote on Twitter:

“Dear @KanyeWest, would you consider going fur free? This is the reality of fur for fashion – it’s so sad.”

WARNING: Video is graphic.

Whether on collars or cuffs, several of Kanye’s Season 5 pieces utilized animal fur, including a full-length coat.

Kanye has yet to respond publicly, but until then, in other news, he and Beatles’ legend Paul McCartney have yet another collaboration that may (or may not) see the light of day.

After working together on “Only One,” “FourFiveSeconds,” and “All Day,” a fourth song may have come out of one of those writing sessions.

Dave Longstreth of the band Dirty Projectors—who just released a song co-written by Solange and featuring D∆WN—wrote the bridge for the aforementioned “FourFiveSeconds” and, in a recent interview with New York Times, he revealed that during one meeting, Kanye played him and Vampire Weekend’s lead singer Ezra Koenig a song that consisted of ‘Ye’s improvised vocals and McCartney playing a Wurlitzer electric piano.

Based on one of Kanye’s lyrics—”Memories can get you into trouble”—Longstreth and Koenig went off to write a song.

“Kanye didn’t wind up using it, but it was good — maybe something will come of it down the line,” Longstreth said.
