More details have emerged in the death of WorldStarHipHop founder Lee “Q” O’Denat.

The San Diego County medical examiner’s office released a report today saying that he died of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and that being overweight contributed to his passing.

“Q” was pronounced dead at 5:34 p.m. on Monday but, contrary to initial reports, he did not die at home, but at an address in San Diego that Google lists as the VIP Spa.

“The decedent was a single, 43 year old, Black male who resided in Del Mar,” the medical examiner’s report reads. “On 01/23/2017, he was at a local business when he became unresponsive. 911 was called and responding paramedics initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitative efforts. He failed to respond to life saving measures and his death was pronounced.”
