Last year, we saw Marvel transform notable album covers from Chance the Rapper, Kevin Gates, LL Cool J, the Wu-Tang Clan, and more into hip-hop variants of comic book covers, and then saw them create a second installment inspired by the album artwork of Kanye West, Jay Z, Kid Cudi, and Vic Mensa.

Now, however, homage is being paid to a music video by none other than Beyoncé.

Drawn by Joe Quinones, the “Formation”-inspired image will serve as the cover of the second issue of Marvel’s America series, written by Gabby Rivera.

On the comic book cover, the big-brimmed hat, lip snarl, ornate choker, and off-the-shoulder blouse that Bey rocked in the Lemonade cut clip still remain, but with a patriotic twist.
