Apparently homeboy did rather well with putting in those “10,000 Hours.” In the follow-up single and video from her Change EP, “Lay Up” has Ella Mai and her bae looking and feeling nice and cozy on an island, enjoying private dinners and chilling poolside. See? Fella’s effort is most definitely rewarded. “Private flight out for the night / just the two of us no one else invited!”

Despite just being announced as TDE’s newest signee, SiR is wasting no time. Not only did he already announce a second EP, HER TOO, due next month, but has dropped a video to hold us over until then. In the color-inverted clip, the singer, a lady, and friends take in L.A.’s streets, palm trees, and parks.
