Cash Money has seen better years. After spending most of 2016 embroiled in a battle with Lil Wayne, one of its flagship artists, the record label is entering the new year under allegations of withholding royalties from Drake’s music.

Page Six is reporting that Aspire Music Group, the label Drizzy was originally signed to in 2008, is owed one-third of the profits Cash Money makes from Drake’s licensing and songwriting sales due to an agreement the two labels made the following year.

The lawsuit alleges that Cash Money hasn’t paid up and is refusing to provide a full accounting.

It should be noted that failure to pay is one the same arguments Weezy is making in his own feud with the label.
