Beyoncé’s being sued—again.

Earlier this year, the Queen was sued by an independent filmmaker who claimed her Lemonade trailer copied his 2014 short film. Her camp asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit and the court obliged.

But now, Dwayne Walker, a clothing designer who claims he designed the logo for Roc-A-Fella—the record label her husband Jay Z founded—is suing Bey for displaying the image prominently in her “Drunk in Love” music video without his permission. According to TMZ, Walker is asking the court for a cut of the profits. Released in 2013, the video is now nearing 400 million views.

To note, the Roc-A-Fella chain can be seen twice in the video: in Bey’s hands, briefly, at both the 5:20 and 5:28 marks.

In 2012, Walker filed a similar suit against Jay Z, Damon Dash, Roc-A-Fella, and Universal Music Group (the label’s current owner). He claimed copyright infringement over the exploitation of his work and that he’d signed a contract entitling him to royalties. But the defendants argued the logo was designed by an in-house art director at the label and, this past September, a New York federal judge dismissed the lawsuit.
