It’s been about four months since Frank Ocean shocked the world with his dual album release, Endless and Blonde. Since then, questions were raised about who contributed to albums, specifically Blonde, which boasts 17 tracks. In September, a partial list of the album’s songwriting credits surfaced, including about 29 names that featured the likes of Beyoncé and David Bowie. Last month, the project was given a surprise physical release on CD and vinyl on Black Friday. Now, thanks to a user on Reddit, the full album’s liner notes have been revealed, boasting an array of contributors, such as Kanye being listed as co-writer on “White Ferrari” and Beyoncé as backing vocalist for “Pink + White.”
James Blake, who was originally credited for “White Ferrari,” is not listed as a writer in the since revealed liner notes, which altogether discredits the previously released credits. However, Blake contributed production, keyboards, and arrangement to songs like “Solo,” “Solo (Reprise),” and “Godspeed.” Also featured on “Godspeed” is the underground sensation Yung Lean. Composer Jon Brion, who famously orchestrated Kanye West’s Late Registration (among other big-time musical numbers), also is credited for several production and arrangement credits on the LP.

Ocean, is set to headline a few festivals next year (among many), with a tour expected to be announced soon.
