Kodak Black was released from the St. Lucie County Jail on Monday, but he is not a free man just yet.

The Pompano Beach rapper (né Dieuson Octave) was released from the Florida jail, where he was previously sentenced to 120 days for a drug charge. Despite the release, Black was later extradited to a South Carolina jail to face sexual battery charges.

As previously reported, the rapper faces a charge of sexual battery for an alleged incident that took place in Florence, SC last February. According to The Sun Sentinel, Kodak is accused of sexual battery at a hotel in Florence, where he performed a show in front of about 1,200 people.

If found guilty, the crime carries a maximum of 30 years in prison.
