‘Tis the season to spread love and some of our favorite rappers are leading by example.

Just a few hours after Kid Cudi took to Facebook to thank fellow lyricists like Kanye West and Travis Scott for their support during his stint his rehab, Chance the Rapper interrupted his performance of “All We Got” this morning on BBC Radio to share his prayers for West (who was hospitalized yesterday following a psychiatric emergency).

While appearing as a guest on 1Xtra Live Lounge, Chance paused mid-song to send prayers and express his loyalty to Kanye. Chano said:

“I want to extend a very special prayer to my big brother, Kanye West. I know there’s a lot of weird folks out there but you already know that I’m a hundred grand. I want to just extend this prayer and this love from all the way in Britain. We might come home early to see this man. Happy Thanksgiving.”

When asked by the show what he believe ‘Ye might actually be going through, Chance looked for common understanding, saying:

“I think everybody goes through it. And I think right now, probably what he needs more than anything is his real, close friends and family around.”
