The xx's new album details may have just surfaced online

Album and song titles possibly revealed.

Reddit users are working hard today.

After uncovering the likely album title and release date of Childish Gambino’s still-unannounced upcoming LP earlier today, the news and forum site has become one of the first to possibly reveal details about the forthcoming album from The xx, too.

Comprised of vocalists Oliver Sim and Romy Madley Croft and producer Jamie XX (who sat behind the boards of Drake’s “Take Care,” Frank Ocean’s “Ivy,” and Alicia Keys’ “When It’s All Over”), the trio’s new LP could be called I See You with tracks including “A Violent Noise” and “On Hold.”

All this news was discovered by a Reddit user who spotted the possible album and song titles on the music discovery app Shazam and shared screenshots of the now-deleted news.

Feeding more fuel to the fire, the trio shared a Spotify playlist with fans last month, and today added a new uncredited and untitled 55-second snippet, leading many to believe this is the first tease of the band’s new material.
