Maggie Rogers’ “Alaska” was enough to bring the legendary Pharrell to tears. Naturally, she had to make a visual to go along with it.
According to Hypebeast, “Rogers was a student at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute and was taking part in a workshop hosted by Skateboard P. Pharrell was stunned the first time he heard the indie pop track and said that the experience was comparable to when he heard Wu-Tang Clan for the first time.”
Directed by Zia Anger, the visual finds Rogers and friends letting loose, dancing, and living carefree in the forest. Watch it here:
