With the 2017 Global Spin Awards set to take place on February 16 in New Orleans, Louisiana, it was only right to announce the nominees of the 5th annual award show live at the REVOLT Music Conference.
Earlier this evening (October 14), rapper Jeezy hosted the live event alongside co-hosts DJ Hannah Rad and DJ Damage at the Ocean Garden located at the Eden Roc. The trio took turns announcing the nominees of the ten out of the 34 GSA divisions. The categories ranged from Breakthrough DJ of the Year to DJ Entrepreneur of the Year.
While Zoey Dollaz kicked the live stream off performing a series of songs including his hit single “Blow A Check,” East Harlem rapper Dave East performed during the second half of the nominee announcement live on REVOLT TV.
