Rick Ross pays respect to the fallen “Dey Know” rapper Shawty Lo in a freestyle to the former artist’s track “I’m Da Man.” The song had an original remix that featured Rozay and Lil Wayne on Lo’s 2007 mixtape I’m Da Man. The initial connection shows how Ross is still mourning after the death of Shawty Lo, especially when he raps “Shawty Lo, Shawty Lo, I’m finna smoke up one my n—a God bless your soul.”
