You need to watch Solange's two new subtly stunning music videos now

By now, you should’ve spent your weekend engulfing yourself in Solange’s A Seat at the Table. And if you thought the blessings stopped there, you’d be wrong.

Yesterday (October 2), the singer shared visuals for two of the LP’s standout tracks, “Cranes in the Sky” and “Don’t Touch My Hair,” both of which were directed by the songstress herself and her husband Alan Ferguson.

“Cranes” makes Mother Nature the backdrop, placing Solo in the still landscape settings of rocky deserts, white sands, grassy mountains, and streams. She gracefully dances–sometimes atop rooftops or tree stumps–slowly emoting all the way to her fingertips in no-frills ‘fits alongside her bevy of au naturale friends.

She strikes similar moves and enlists even more friends — including Sampha in his signature raincoat — for “Hair,” where she rocks a selections of styles, from braided and beaded to finger waves and full blowouts, before breaking it all the way down on a set of steps in front of onlookers as enamored as we.

Of the couple’s collaboration, Solange wrote, “We put soooo much love into these and I hope they make you proud.”

She additionally thanked her husband, writing: “Thank you Alan Ferguson for traveling 70 states with me, believing in my vision, making it come to life….and never using the word impossible. You are a hell of a director, (and a hell of a hubby).”

And gave love to all the extras that appeared in the clips, too.
