J. Cole will join Kanye West and Chance the Rapper as a headliner for next month’s Meadows Music and Arts Festival in Queens, NY.

Originally The Weeknd was set to take part as headliner during the two-day festival, however due to “unforeseen scheduling conflicts,” the “Starboy” singer has dropped out. His replacement will be Cole, who will close out Night 1 on October 1st.

Kanye West, Chance The Rapper Will Headline Brand New Music Festival In NY

Cole’s addition to the bill of the Queens-based festival is fitting since his alma mater, St. John’s University, is just minutes away.

The first annual Meadows Music and Arts Festival will go down October 1 and 2 at Citi Field in the Flushing Meadows Park of Queens, New York.
